Flour mill is divided into different categories according to the different requirements, Basically it has the following categories:

2. according to the size of flour mill classification It can be divided into:small-scale flour mill, large and medium-sized flour mill
3. according to the technology development classification It can be divided into: traditional flour mill (skin-core mixed flour mill) and modern flour machine (skin-core separating flour mill).

The traditional flour mill includes stone and traditional steel mill, skin-core mixture is direct grinding instead of separate grinding, which caused the flour is dark. In the processing of modern flour mill, skin-core mixture is filtering separation through round sieve, skin is separated from the core for grinding.
