1. We supply you complete line machine from cleaning, to degerminting, milling, packing, controlling system to produce super white maize meal. 
2. Supply you pipes, platform, cables from control penal to each machine, and one year spare parts, what you need supply is workshop, electric, water and 1 miller, 4-6 workers
3. The pipes and cyclone in milling system will be stainless steel, more durable and longer lasting.
4. The control system we use PLC touch screen, the technical flow will show on the screen, and achieve one button boot device, more intelligent. (see attachment)
5. Moisture damper Stainless Steel, Bin- direction screw, prevent free water, make sure the maize degerminating easy.
6. Degerminator with Japan and South Africa Technology to scrub the maize germ, with the minimum reduce in size of the broken fragments ensure produce super white, purity high quality maize flour with low fat.
7. Before packaging design with Micro dosser to mixed vitamins in maize meal ( to strengthen the national constitution)

1	Why same capacity price different?
	Even for the same tonnage, the price is different because of different designs and different requirements of customers. For example, for the mill part, you can choose a manual single mill, a manual compound mill, or a pneumatic compound mill.
2	What's the installation period?
	30t/24h Installation time about 30 days. We have branch office in Zambia, Uganda, Ethiopia. We have 28engineers now available in Africa.
3	Power consumption of the whole machine installation setup per hour or per day?
	after confirm the capacity and design, we can confirm the power consumption.
4	Maintenance schedules?
	We supply two years spare parts with the machine. We recommend checking the machine after every 168 hours of operation.
5	Planned inactive hours per day?
	our machine can work 24hours,7 days if you willing.
6	Do they require skilled operators?
	As our machine is full automatic. 1 miller is ok. 4-6 local labor for simple work, like flour packing, material feed-in, room cleaning, etc.
7	Is packaging automated?
	yes. we have PP bags packing machine 5-25kg/25-50kg and semi auto packing for Paper bags1-5kg packing machine.
8	We'll require to commercialize and or reprocess all by products of the flour milling process. Kindly advise on possibilities.
	the by products is maize skin/bran, use for animal feed line.
9	Is it possible to set up milling of different sifted and non-sifted flour grades?
	of course, in the milling system, there have two main parts,one is roller mills , the other is sifter machines. our machine can adjust according to the different final products you want to produce.
10	Are the machine outputs connectable to any ERPs for process monitoring?
	our machine control system is computer smart touch screen system.easy to operate and monitoring.
