---Product Specification
This is our 100t/24h wheat flour milling line. It can process 80 tons of raw wheat in 24 hours.
It is from A to Z, which means from start to end. such as wheat cleaning-milling-sifting-packing-control systems.
The sieve removes all of the impurities from the wheat in order to reduce the pollution of dust and impurity to the workshop,
and then it can ensure retral equipment with good running. and meanwhile, avoid jamming of slip and wheat bin exit.
And also the machine behind wheat scour, it is better for removing mud , broken wheat, small impurity,hair which form scourer.
The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.
High separating efficiency-excellent grain cleaning.
The scourer is primarily designed for applications in the first and second cleaning section for the surface treatment of wheat, durum and rye:- for removing impurities and adhering contamination(dust,sand earth lumps, small seeds. etc.),- for improving product sanitation by reducing the microbe count(bacteria) and the insect and insect fragment count(filth count).

Plansifter can classify the material from break, reduction, and scratch systems and sift the flour. the sieve frames of wood coated with synthetic resin, shape no change.

No,it is because the maize and wheat Physical Characteristics are different,like the shape,the hardness,all are
different,and the final product flour size is also different. The cleaner,the roller mill
parameter,the plansifter sieve all are different.As professional manufacture for maize meal or flour,cannot
process maize and wheat same time.
