This is the technology flow of corn flaking mill for precooked corn flour. The process of cleaning is very important to ensure the quality of pre-cooked corn flour. The corn grains will first go to the cleaning machines,like high efficiency vibrating sifter and destoner to remove the bigger and smaller impurities and stones,clods,plastic, maize straw etc. The clean corn will go through the moisture dampener to absorb some water for easily degerminating.

In the precooked corn flour processing line, the most important part is the flaking mill, we use advanced technology for processing. Before press the corn, it will come to steam Bin then go to flaking mill for pressing. Then the pressed corn will go to hammer mill for crushing ,then sifting and checking,then go to automatic roller mill for grinding and sifting again in the double bin sifter. 

For packing part, we have variable solutions such as 1kg,2kg,5kg, 5-10kg,10-25kg,25-50kg etc. It depends on the different material of the bags.
