1. Degerminator
Degerminator is designed to scrub the bran skin from the maize kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity , with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments.
2. Sifter
High efficiency sifting, mix-proof to get crediblerun, a perfect classification machine, and also used flour checking or less strck classifying, siftering in large size flour factory.
3. Roller mills
We have three kinds of roller milling for milling maize/corn:1 single roller mill, 2 double roller mill, 3 penumetic roller mill. Each one kind has many different types.
4. Control system
PLC control system can automatically display raw maize, clean maize, flour, pollard, bran instant flowing percentage. With woking history checking system and fault alram system and printer.
